Natural Rhodochrosite is the business! What a cool swirly pink set perfectly in these gauges. Rhodochrosite is always unique and so will be your gauges with them. I am always trying to get the best stones to work perfectly for my customers.
Beautiful slightly flared gauges of shined rhodochrosite stone lined with Sterling Silver. The rhodochrosite is flush with the silver on the faces.
Most of my gauges are double faced with the inlay, but to keep the price down (natural rhodochrosite ain't, these gauges have the rhodochrosite stone on one face and the silver on the other.
Slight double flare with the silver and small groove in the center fit to the gauge size.
Shown in the pictures is the 00g option.
Comes in pairs of two.
The width of the plugs is 1/2" - I can adjust slightly upon request.
Sizes range from 6g to 3/4 inch.
*[Why 0g is more expensive than 00g]: I use silver sheet to make these gauges. It is very hard to make an 8mm tube using 18g sheet. It normally requires about twice the work, in the end, as 00g and larger with the intricacies.
[Why 2g, 4g and 6g are more expensive than 00g]: Making such small pieces requires a lot more attention to detail and a lot more work (not to mention patience). In watching the small details, it takes a little longer than my average set of gauges.

Yes! I definitely could make 8g size plugs! The hole in the silver face will be pretty small, so it won't always look perfect with certain options. The best options would be the ebony options, the crushed stone options and synthetic opal. They will have a different look to them, so feel free to request some photo examples and/or a custom order.
Most of the time, YES! But please ask ahead and don't assume that I can get it to you quicker. I make every item to order and by hand. Sometimes I have all the materials needed to crank out a piece with high priority. So feel free to ask, but know that I usually charge a tiny bit extra to rush the making process. And feel free to request expedited shipping. It will be an extra charge for whatever shipping option you choose, but I would be happy to make it happen.
